Know your body.
Explore your health concerns, routine and the factors that influence your choices.
We create a personalised roadmap that connects your health goals with your real-life routine.
Understand why it happened. Build a practical plan. Learn how to sustain the change.
Information about weight loss, nutrition, exercise, insulin resistance, blood sugar, cholesterol, fatty liver, PCOS, thyroid, hormones, stress and healthy living is easily available. Applying it to your own life is a different challenge.
At The Fatloss Doctor, we turn that information into a personalised roadmap. Because every person is different. And every person’s lifestyle is different.
Your work, responsibilities, activity levels, food habits, sleep, stress, health concerns and daily routine all influence your ability to lose weight and maintain it. We consider the whole picture.
What should I do?
How should I do it?
How do I fit it into my life?
How do I sustain it?
We restructure your lifestyle so the plan becomes a part of your life.
Discipline means creating a structure that allows you to consistently make better choices. We help you build the understanding and skills to manage your own lifestyle.
Explore your health concerns, routine and the factors that influence your choices.
Shape your eating, movement and daily habits into a routine you can maintain.
Understand food, portions and real-life decisions so you can make informed choices.
Develop the flexibility and consistency to maintain change beyond a programme.
Being told what to do is only the starting point. These five gaps explain why understanding, implementation and maintenance matter just as much.
Your health is more than one number.
You may be told to eat better, exercise or change your lifestyle, yet still be left asking why the weight gain happened and where to begin.
Food, activity, sleep, stress, metabolic health, medication, medical conditions and habits can all play a part. A practical strategy starts by understanding your circumstances and deciding what needs attention first.
Education, individual assessment and a clear plan for implementing changes in real life. Lifestyle guidance complements appropriate medical care; prescribed treatment remains part of that care when needed.
Brushing our teeth and washing our hands become everyday habits. Our strength, mobility, sleep, energy, stress and internal health deserve the same consistency.
Exercise often begins after a health warning and disappears when life gets busy. The aim is to make movement and self-care a normal part of the day, with less reliance on motivation.
Simple routines for regular movement, sleep, recovery and health awareness, built around your actual day.
Walking, cardio, yoga, mobility and strength training each have a role. Resistance training helps develop the strength needed for everyday activities and physical independence.
The question during weight management is also what happens to your muscle, strength and body composition. Appropriate training should progress gradually and account for your ability, comfort and health needs.
Suitable strength and movement guidance, with realistic progression. The focus is function, resilience and independence.
A workout matters, and so does the rest of your day. Long periods sitting at work, in the car or on the sofa can leave little room for everyday movement.
Walking, household tasks, taking stairs and short movement breaks contribute to non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT). Weekends and social occasions also belong in a sustainable routine.
A realistic seven-day lifestyle, with everyday activity and flexible food choices. You need consistency, not perfection.
Reaching a target is one phase. Maintaining it requires skills: building balanced meals, managing portions, recognising hunger and fullness, handling social occasions and returning to your routine after an indulgence.
Some supplements and meal replacements have appropriate uses, but a product cannot replace learning how to eat. Ask whether your approach is something you could continue for the next three to five years.
Education, lifestyle modification and maintenance skills that help you become confident and independent beyond the transformation phase.
Your roadmap turns information into everyday action. Each stage builds the skills and confidence needed for the next.
Explore your health concerns, eating patterns, movement, sleep, stress, routine and goals.
